Don't always be deceived by very attractive and juicy offers, they could be baits used to get your attention. Before you go into anything, ask questions very well.
You can never miss your way by asking questions. Anything you are not sure of, never be scared of asking questions from those who have probably done that thing. They will advise you better.
These are desperate times and they call for desperate measures. You are very important to the society.
